DLC - Harbour View Mortgages Corp. is excited and pleased to announce the launch of our GREAT PAYMENT GIVEAWAY.  If your mortgage funds with us after December 1, 2010 your name will be entered in our draw to win FREE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS for ONE YEAR!   

Rules and Regulations:

-All Mortgages are eligible for draw; Harbour View Mortgages will either pay your Full P&I payment or $2500.00/month, whichever is less.

-Refinances and Purchases are both eligible

-No overpayments or property taxes will be included

-Payments will be made starting on your first payment date and will run for 12 consecutive months, or until discharge of mortgage, whichever comes first

-Not assignable or portable

-Draw date is set based on the funding date of your mortgage, and is subject to change should the funding date change

 

-Draw will be performed by an independent third party.  Only the winner will be contacted.
